Howard Franklin Reef - This site is in Old Tampa Bay, 1.9 miles south of the Howard Frankland Bridge. The water depths here are in the 16 foot range.. 1.3 miles West of the Interbay Peninsula, between the Howard Frankland and Gandy Bridges.  Minimum navigational clearance: 8ft.(MLLW). Started: December 23, 1991.  Reef area: 400yds. (North/South) x 200yds. (East/West). Official Coordinates 27° 54.700’N  82° 33.240’W

Courtney Campbell Reef - This site is in Old Tampa Bay 2500 feet (.6 mile) South of the Courtney Campbell Parkway. The water depths here are in the 16 foot range.   Heading: 180° from Courtney Campbell boat ramp.  Minimum navigational clearance: 8ft. (MLLW).  Started: July 1991.  Reef area: 400 yds.(East/West) x 200yds. (North/South).  Official Coordinates 27° 57.820’N  82° 36.860’W.

Port of Tampa Reef - This site is close to shore in Old Tampa Bay. The water depths here are in the 24 foot range.  The reef is 1.6 miles south of the Gandy Bridge.  Minimum navigational clearance: 10ft.(MLLW).  Started: March 21, 1987.  Reef Materials: 4 steel barges, concrete pilings and slabs.  Reef Area: 100yds. (East/West) x 400yds. (North/South).  Official Coordinates 27° 51.650’N  82° 33.840’W.

Picnic Island Pier Reef - This site is close to shore in Tampa Bay.  The first site is just east of a sand shoal. The water depths here are in the 21-26 foot range.   The second site is 100ft West of Picnic Island fishing pier. The water depths here are in the 16-17 foot range.  This site contains specially designed, concrete pyramids and is intended to enhance fishing from the pier.  Official Coordinates  27° 49.967’N  82° 33.606’W °  and 27º51.390’N  82° 33.200’W

Bahia Beach Reef - This site is in Tampa Bay.  The water depths here are in the 20 foot range. The reef consists mostly of Concrete pilings, slabs, and culvert pipe. 2.1 miles west of Mangrove Pt.   North of Bahia Beach.  Heading: 305° from Bahia Beach Marina channel.  Minimum navigational clearance: 10ft.(MLLW) Started: September 7, 1987.  Reef Materials: Concrete pilings, slabs, and culvert pipe.  Reef Area: 200yds. (East/West) x 400yds. (North/South).  Official Coordinates 27° 44.890’N  82° 30.920’W.

Port Manatee Reef - This site is close to shore in Tampa Bay. The water depths here are in the 19--21 foot range.  1.8 miles Northwest of Port Manatee.  Heading: 230° from Bahia Beach Marina.  Minimum navigational clearance:  8ft. (MLLW).  Started: October 16, 1990.  Reef Materials: Concrete pilings, rubble, bridge decking.  Reef Area: 400yds. x 400yds. Official Coordinates 27° 39.790’N  82° 34.740’W.

Egmont Key Reef - This site is just inside Tampa Bay east of Egmont Key. The water depths here are in the 17--23 foot range. Heading: 190° from Southern tip of Mullet Key.  Minimum navigational clearance: 10ft.(MLLW).
Started: June 1999.  Reef Materials: Concrete pipe, rubble, and pyramids.  Reef area: 400 yds. x 400 yds.  Official Coordinates 27° 35.050’N  82° 44.530’W.
